THE KILLING ROOM
There comes a time in a man’s life when he has to
stand up and be counted. Today that man is Jack Hammond of the Diplomatic Investigation
Unit. Hammond is a detective that works purely in the interests of investigating
politicians who may be acting against the public interests by bringing
discontent and embarrassment to the government.
During his investigation into the murder of Lady Dianna
Scott Cartwright, Hammond realises that there are many similarities between the
ladies death, and the death of others, mainly homeless people, gay people and prostitutes
who suffered and died in the most horrendous of circumstances.
As his investigation progresses, Hammond stumbles
across a “snuff film” gang ran by two senior politicians, and after conferring
with his seniors, Hammond is told to use his digression and to deal with the
situation as he sees fit.
This Hammond does and although his methods are unorthodox
they bring results.
